Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: September 15, 2025
IMPORTANT NOTICE: THESE TERMS OF SERVICE GOVERN YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE
Welcome to https://www.gostrips.com (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by NewCo Enterprise, together with its affiliates and agents (collectively referred to as “NewCo Enterprise” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all visitors and users of the Site, including those who access, browse, register, or purchase products or services made available through the Site (each, a “Service”).
By accessing or using the Site in any way, including browsing, creating an account, or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Specifically, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- You have read and agree to these Terms in full.
- If you are using the Site on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
The term “you” refers to any individual user or, if applicable, the legal entity on whose behalf you are accessing the Site.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site or any Services provided through it.
Subscription Renewal
If you subscribe to our Services for a set period (the “Initial Term”), your subscription will automatically renew for additional terms of the same length at our then-current rates, unless you cancel or opt out before the renewal date. You may decline renewal or manage auto-renewal as described in the “Subscription” section below.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement
Please review this section carefully—it affects your legal rights.
This Agreement includes a binding arbitration provision that governs how you and the Company resolve disputes. This means:
- Except as otherwise stated, any dispute or claim between us will be resolved by final and binding arbitration, not in court.
- Unless you opt out of arbitration, you may only bring claims against us individually. You may not participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
- By agreeing to arbitration, you are waiving your right to a trial in court, including the right to a jury trial.
This arbitration agreement applies to all claims and disputes, including those that arose or were asserted before the effective date of this Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement and any disputes related to your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Supplemental Terms
Some Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions (“Supplemental Terms”). These will either be included in these Terms of Service or presented to you when you sign up for the applicable Service. If there is any conflict between these Terms of Service and the Supplemental Terms, the Supplemental Terms will control with respect to that Service. Together, these Terms of Service and any applicable Supplemental Terms are referred to as the “Terms.”
Changes to the Terms
We may update or modify the Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. When we do, we will:
- Post the updated Terms on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the page.
- Make any new Supplemental Terms available within or through the affected Service.
- If you have a registered account, notify you of material changes by sending an email to the most recent address you provided.
Changes are effective immediately for new users. For existing users with accounts, material changes will take effect on the earlier of:
- Thirty (30) days after we post notice of the changes on the Site, or
- Thirty (30) days after we send you an email notice of the changes.
We may also require you to accept the updated Terms before you can continue using the
Site or Services. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Site and Services. Your continued use after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Please check the Site regularly for the most current version of the Terms.
Product Returns
Please review our Return Policy for complete details regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Account Registration. Certain features of the Company Properties may require you to register an account (“Account”) and become a Registered User.
Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. Passwords are for individual use only. If we determine that your password is insecure, we may require you to update it or suspend your Account. Fees and Payment Terms
Payment. You agree to pay all fees and charges to your Account in accordance with the pricing and billing terms in effect at the time of purchase. A valid payment method (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or other card accepted by us) must be provided. By submitting your payment information, you authorize NewCo Enterprise, LLC and our third-party payment service providers to charge your chosen payment method for all amounts due, without requiring further notice or consent.
You must promptly update your Account if your billing address, payment method, or credit card information changes. We reserve the right to update pricing and billing methods at any time by posting changes on the Site or notifying you by email. Charges to your credit card will appear as “NewCo Enterprise”.
Taxes. All fees are exclusive of applicable sales and use taxes (“Sales Tax”). If a Service or payment is subject to Sales Tax in your jurisdiction and you have not already paid such tax directly, you are responsible for paying the applicable Sales Tax (including penalties and interest, if any) to the relevant tax authority. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any liability arising from your failure to pay such taxes. Upon request, you must provide official receipts or other documentation showing that all applicable taxes have been paid.
Withholding Taxes. Payments must be made free and clear of any withholding taxes. You are solely responsible for paying any withholding taxes imposed on your payments and must provide proof of payment to the Company if requested.
Third-Party Payment Providers. The Company uses trusted third-party payment processors to handle payment transactions (e.g., card acceptance, merchant settlement, subscription billing, and related services). By making a purchase, you agree that we may share your payment and order information with these providers as necessary to complete your transaction. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable third-party provider’s privacy policy.

This license does not allow you to resell or make any commercial use of the Site, its Contents or our products sold through the Site; make any derivative use of any of our Content; download, copy, or other use any account information for the benefit of any third party; or use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and/or extraction tools. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms of Service are reserved and retained by us or our licensors, suppliers, publishers, rights-holders, or other content providers. No Content on, or product sold through, this Site may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our prior express written consent. You may not misuse our products or Content. You may use our Site only as permitted by law and these Terms of Service. The licenses we have granted you terminate if you do not comply with these Terms of Service.
Restrictions On Use
You may use this site only for the purposes expressly permitted by this site. You may not use this site for any other purpose, including any commercial purpose, without our express prior written consent. For example, you may not (and may not authorize any other party to) (i) co-brand this site, (ii) frame or use framing techniques to enclose any of our or our

For purposes of these Terms of Service, “co-branding” means to display a name, logo, trademark, or other means of attribution or identification of any party in such a manner as is reasonably likely to give a user the impression that associates our product with someone other than us or that such other party has the right to display, publish, or distribute this Site or Content accessible within this site. You agree to cooperate with our Company in causing any unauthorized co-branding, framing or hyperlinking to cease immediately.
No material from this site may be modified, translated, decompiled, disassembled, broadcast, licensed, sublicensed, transferred, sold, mirrored, framed, exploited, rented, leased, copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way.
Proprietary Information
The Content accessible from this site, and any other World Wide Web site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by us is our proprietary information or the proprietary information of the party that provided the Content to us, and we or the party that provided the Content to us retains all right, title, and interest in the Content. Accordingly, the Content may not be copied, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted, displayed or transmitted in any way without our prior written consent, or unless authorized in writing elsewhere on our site, except that you may print out a copy of the Content solely for your personal use. In doing so, you may not remove or alter, or cause to be removed or altered, any copyright, trademark, trade name, service mark, or any other proprietary notice or legend appearing on any of the Content. Modification or use of the Content except as expressly provided in these Terms of Service violates our intellectual property rights. You do not obtain title or any rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, to any of the Content as a result of accessing this site.

Miscellaneous
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any claims, disputes, or controversies arising out of or relating to these
Terms of Service, your use of this Site, or information obtained through this Site (each a “Dispute” and collectively the “Disputes”), you agree to resolve such Disputes through mediation administered by JAMS through its offices located in New York, New York, or its successor.
Any party may initiate mediation by delivering a written request for mediation to JAMS and the other party, identifying the subject of the Dispute and the relief requested. The parties agree to cooperate in good faith with JAMS and with one another in selecting a mediator and scheduling the mediation promptly, no later than thirty (30) days after the request for mediation. The parties shall share mediation costs equally. All communications, offers, and statements made during the mediation are confidential, privileged, and inadmissible in any subsequent proceeding, except as otherwise permitted by law.
If the Dispute is not resolved through mediation, it shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration before JAMS (or its successor) pursuant to the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules & Procedures (the “Rules”). Arbitration shall be conducted by one arbitrator, selected by agreement of the parties or, if no agreement is reached within thirty (30) days, by JAMS in accordance with the Rules. All arbitration hearings shall take place in Buffalo, New York. If JAMS ceases to exist and has no successor, the parties shall submit the Dispute to a comparable alternative dispute resolution provider in New York.
Any party may initiate arbitration by filing a written demand for arbitration at any time after the initial mediation session or forty-five (45) days following the request for mediation, whichever occurs first. The mediator shall not serve as the arbitrator unless both parties expressly agree. The provisions of this section may be enforced by any court of competent jurisdiction, and the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable costs, fees, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees.
WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL. By agreeing to arbitration, you waive any right to a trial by jury.
No party shall be required to participate in a mediation or arbitration involving more than one adverse party, and no mediation or arbitration shall be consolidated with any other proceeding without the express written consent of all parties.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. You expressly consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and venue in, the state and federal courts located in Erie, New York, for any claim or action arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service that is not subject to arbitration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to your use of the Site must be filed within two (2) years after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
Electronic Communications
You agree to receive communications from the Company electronically, whether via email, notices posted on the Site, or other digital means. You acknowledge and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Release
You hereby release the Company and its affiliates, successors, officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Company Parties”) from any claims, demands, losses, damages, rights, or actions of any kind—known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected—arising directly or indirectly out of:
- your use of the Site or Services, including interactions with other users or third parties; and
- any action taken by the Company during or as a result of an investigation, including cooperation with law enforcement or other authorities.
If you are a California resident, you expressly waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which provides:
“A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.”
This release does not extend to claims arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable legal obligations under applicable law.
